  • Analyse how sustainable human resources management affects the three fundamental goals (well-being, performance and the environment), putting a special emphasis on the variables of gender, age and work-life balance
  • Identify potential differences between types of companies, sectors, kinds of workers (direct labour vs. indirect labour) and its impact on well-being, performance and the environment
  • Analyse potential differences between state run social economy companies and MONDRAGÓN, and zoom in on the ones with the greatest impact on well-being, performance and worker satisfaction

  • Identify people management levers that positively or negatively influence well-being, and worker satisfaction and development
  • Get first impressions about how the environmental point of view is included in people management processes and its influence on workers
  • Scrutinise the conception of the influence of age and gender on worker satisfaction, well-being
