Attracting young talent
Project
Attracting Young Talent
This project aims to leverage the synergies of the MONDRAGON ecosystem to launch distinctive and innovative inter-cooperative initiatives and projects to attract more young talent to MONDRAGON cooperatives. The services developed in the project, known by the acronym ATEA, are aimed at:
- Designing business plans to strengthen the cooperatives' visibility and strategy for attracting young talent, creating specific programmes to support and train the professionals involved in these processes (Human Resources and mentors) and thus differentiate themselves from their competitors.
- The design and development of local, national and international programmes to attract young people to MONDRAGON cooperatives, generating distinctive learning experiences based on work-study programmes in the cooperative. The aim is to have a direct impact on young people's perception of MONDRAGON, gaining visibility and differentiation.
These driving actions, which are part of the ATEA project (Attracting Young Talent to an Advanced Social Economy Ecosystem) with file number 243.a12042.i.M., involve the participation of MONDRAGON S.Coop, MLAKOOP S.Coop and the three faculties of Mondragon Unibertsitatea (MGEP, HUHEZI, MUE-MIK), will be carried out between January 2025 and December 2027, and have been co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, through the Spanish Business Confederation of the Social Economy (CEPES), in its capacity as an intermediate body of the EFESO programme, with €244,895.04.
