Objectives

Design and development of a Basque Green Employment Observatory and a GreenTech Competence Study:

• To respond to the current and future demand for green employment in companies through the analysis of positions and profiles, training offer and identification of opportunities.
• Generate projections and future scenarios for strategic decision making through a predictive model.
• BasqueGreenLan as a reference platform for green employment in the Basque Country.
• Support the development and implementation of public policies that promote the creation and growth of green jobs.
• Identify and define the key GreenTech competences linked to the main green employment profiles and roles framed in the Ecological and Just Transition model.
• Prospect emerging GreenTech competencies linked to current and future environmental challenges faced by companies.
• To provide companies, active and unemployed people with a tool for self-diagnosis of their GreenTech key competences linked to green jobs.
