Transition to a data-driven organisation.

Analysis of the data collection and exploitation processes in the organisation to define the adaptation of Ecenarro's current roles and responsibilities to a profile related to data exploitation. The current gaps related to data exploitation were detected and the relationship and values of different sources of information available to the organisation were standardised.

Thanks to the work carried out, it has been possible to improve business results, save time and increase the reliability of the information, making it possible to contrast the available information and relate the areas quantitatively.
