DUALBA - Strengthening the Link Between Higher Education and the Business World in Albania Through the Development of a Dual Education System
Objectives
The main objective is to improve the competences of higher education graduates in Albania. Specifically, the project aims to develop a generic dual education model (DUALBA) and the legal and strategic framework necessary to introduce dual education in order to meet the interests and needs of students, companies, and higher education institutions. It will also provide recommendations for higher education institutions to implement dual education in Albania.
The general objectives of the project are as follows:
- To improve the competences of higher education graduates in Albania in line with the needs of employers.
- To increase motivation for studying as well as the employability of graduates.
- To facilitate access to higher education for individuals with low incomes.
- To improve the legal and strategic framework in Albania to adapt to dual higher education.
