Goals
- Analyse the organisation’s appeal in the job market and the perception of it in diverse target audiences and interest groups
- Analyse the organisation’s current and future talent needs in terms of “what”, “how much” and “when”
- Have a personal value proposition (PVP) for people in the organisation
- Prepare and assist in the process of defining the talent attraction strategy.
- Define a strategy and action plan to spread and implement the organisation’s “employer brand”
Provides:
- Create a proactive strategy to generate notoriety among the key appeal targets, reducing selection time
- Link the attraction and recruitment process with internal business agents, key in planning, through brand ambassador programmes
- Generate a candidate experience that matches the PVP, adjusting expectations and needs
- Work on the sense of belonging, identifying and improving levers that are needed to build loyalty among internal talent
- Create a map of prescriptores and intermediaries with an action plan for working with them
- Create a content plan that combines business and personal content to build notoriety in online channels
