ESBI Action Plan: Roadmap, action map and customized itineraries for the advancement of Social Economy enterprises in the Basque Country in terms of sustainability.
Goals
To encourage Social Economy enterprises and SMEs in general to act sustainably, favoring a model of sustainable growth that promotes the strong and balanced economic development of the region, the welfare of its society, and that its natural assets continue to provide the resources and environmental services on which our welfare model is based.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE 1: To maximize the alignment between the efforts made by Social Economy enterprises in the Basque Country on their path towards triple sustainability and the strategic objectives set by the different European, national and regional reference strategies. GENERAL OBJECTIVE 2: To articulate a customized sustainable development strategy for Social Economy enterprises in the Basque Country by means of adapted and evolving strategies focused on the economic, social and environmental spheres of Social Economy enterprises.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE 3: To validate the needs linked to the sustainable transition of the Basque Country and to the sustainable transition identified in the Social Economy enterprises of the Basque Country and to the strategies designed to accelerate their development towards triple sustainability.
OBJECTIVE 4: To promote the use of the ESBI methodology and strategies in other contexts, sectors or groups.
OBJECTIVE 5: Analysis and exploitation of results for the establishment of corrective actions and the implementation of a continuous improvement plan for the methodology.
Provides
GUIDE the Social Economy enterprises in the Basque Country in their ecological and just transition in a way that is completely adapted to their objectives and limitations.
GENERATE aggregated information that favors decision making towards the ecological and just transition of Social Economy enterprises and the Basque Country.
OPEN spaces for inter-organizational and inter-sectorial dialogue where collaborative proposals of triple impact can be worked on.
TO CONTRIBUTE to the bidirectional alignment between the policies developed by the public administration and the business strategies of Social Economy companies in the Basque Country.
EMPHASIZE the role of Social Economy enterprises in the development of a more prosperous, sustainable, resilient and inclusive territory.
