Goals

• Strengthen and promote the participation of workers (both in management and in results and / or capital) giving a solution to viable organizations experiencing problems (crisis, generational change) or as a lever to improve their competitiveness
• Diagnose the degree of participation (quantitative and qualitative) at the level of management, results and capital.   
• With the main stakeholders (owners, management, workers, unions, etc.), analyse the motivations and scope of participation. 
• Design, execute and monitor the transformation process: timing, monitoring systems, levers, mechanisms, communication, evaluation of results
• Encourage the productivity, competitiveness and profitability of organizations, fostering the commitment of workers, improving the quality of work and contributing to greater social cohesion.
