Transformative Organisations for Gender Equality

Goals

  • Provide companies with tools and resources to promote gender equality starting from a deep knowledge of the gender equality situation they are in
  • Gain deep knowledge of the gender situation from a quantitative and qualitative point of view, obtain reliable, relevant and comparable data and identify the variables that explain the presence of women in both organisations and positions of power
  • Analyse the salary distribution by sex (the concentration curve of income and the density function of income in terms of the labour index), and break it down in a detailed way to find the most influential determiners of it (number of hours worked, horizontal segregation, vertical segregation, educational level, bonuses, etc.)
  • Analyse the equality diagnostics and plans that have been made and the trends for the issue, and understand the status of equality from a qualitative point of view
  • Create a roadmap appropriate for the organisation’s situation and provide working tools for companies that want to promote gender equality

  • Develop a new way of understanding the company and its organisation that includes gender equality, and promote the participation of women in the areas of employment and the economy to achieve egalitarian and transformative companies
