Goals
- Analyse the demographic evolution of the staff
- Measure how critical retirements are
- Analyse the organisational evolution required to meet the strategic challenges
- Define succession strategies that are aligned and coherent with the career plan and internal promotion policies
- Design the communications and monitoring plan for the succession process
- Define the values of the learning model or experience, and define the learning methodologies, roles and management process
- Accompany people and teams in the personal and organisational change processes with a systemic focus
Provides:
- Manage the succession processes with foresight and in a proactive integral way
- Accompany people who are retiring and their successors, and their teams, in the process of changing and adapting to the new situation
- Manage people’s knowledge by designing learning models
