- Create a segmentation of individual and business customers based on their lifestyle and consumption habits
- Identify milestones for each segment so improvements in contact points can be proposed
- Propose products-services that better adapted to their habits, e.g. finance: What do people like you spend money on? How do people like you invest? What financial needs do people like you have?
