Goals

  • Support for teams that face change and transformation processes so that they can improve their performance and grow as a team.  The focus is on the team of people so that they can bring out the best in themselves.
  • Adapt to the objectives and needs of the organizations based on initial interviews and co-design sessions with the organization to define definitive objectives and programmes.
  • Generate knowledge through a phenomenological methodology. Experience is the guide to converting the implicit into the explicit and to learning as a team and experience is articulated in different learning spaces. 
  • Development of a more conscious, cohesive, prepared and aligned human team to carry out the processes of change and transformation. A team that transforms itself in order to transform its reality and achieve the goals that are proposed.
