Goals

Implement a strategy, processes and indicators for agile business management

• Strategy and start-up: Defining the approach strategy, building the agile transformation team, preliminary roadmap and choosing a network of experts
• Design and awareness raising: Drive leadership to obtain commitment and define the key aspects of the transformation and design the first version of the agile framework and start awareness raising sessions with the people involved
• Activation: Accompanying the team in OKR, and agile principles and values and put the team in action: pace of work, sprints, synchronisation between teams, etc.
• Scaling: Design a scaled plan and implementation with other teams in the organisation
