Goals

  • Diagnose the organisational culture and its levers in a way that is adapted to the needs of the organisation and that can have a quantitative qualitative focus
  • Identify the reasons for unsatisfactory people-related results or results that can be improved in terms of satisfaction, commitment and / or alignment with the business project and redirect them through an action plan
  • Design the intervention plan oriented towards the appropriate management levers in an integral and systemic way
  • Implement the plan designed within the established time frame and evaluate the results and, as may be needed, redesign and adapt the intervention
  • Measure the traceability of the progress in the results of the transformation that has been started
