Goals

  • Analyse the organisation’s appeal in the job market and the perception of it in diverse target audiences and interest groups
  • Analyse the organisation’s current and future talent needs in terms of “what”, “how much” and “when”
  • Have a personal value proposition (PVP) for people in the organisation
  • Prepare and assist in the process of defining the talent attraction strategy.
  • Define a strategy and action plan to spread and implement the organisation’s “employer brand”
